The purposes of this data processing activity are to use the OneMind platform.
OneMind Platform is a platform produced by Agorize which is dedicated to ideas crowdsourcing. A place to develop new ideas that help solve business critical challenges. It gives the possibility to our employees to browse challenges, post ideas, collaborate with others and help shape the future of our business.
b) Legal Basis
The legal basis for the collection and processing of these data is consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR) regarding your participation, as well as legitimate interest (article 6.1.f of the GDPR) for keeping the platform secure.”
With Whom We Share Your Personal Data
We share these data with Agorize, the company owning and maintaining this platform. Agorize acts as a processor on behalf of Majorel. A respective Data Processing Agreement has been concluded.
How Long We Store Your Personal Data
The period for which the personal data will be stored in scope for the use of Agorize are documented in this privacy notice as follow:

Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data that is currently stored by us. If this data is incorrect or not up to date, you have the right to request rectification. You also have the right to have your personal data erased and/or its processing restricted as provided for in Article 17 and Article 18 of the GDPR. You also have the right to request a copy of the personal data provided by you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (right to data portability).
Pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, you also have the right for reasons relating to your specific situation to raise an objection to the processing of your data that is done on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge an objection to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
